💰 Refund Policy — DaisyMC

All purchases made on DaisyMC are considered final and non-refundable because our products are digital goods delivered electronically.

No Refunds

Once a payment has been successfully completed and the product has been delivered or credited to the provided Minecraft account, refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Unused ranks or items
• Not playing on the server anymore
• Incorrect Minecraft username provided by the customer

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase or believe you were incorrectly charged, contact DaisyMC Support with your order ID and payment details. We will review the transaction.

Technical Issues

If you paid successfully but did not receive your purchased product because of a technical issue, contact support. We will investigate and, where appropriate, deliver or restore the purchased product.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases may result in the associated account/order being restricted while the transaction is investigated.
